All items are made to order. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

All JTK products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, the issue will be handled through our fulfillment partner. Eligible items will be replaced at no additional cost, rather than refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued.

Sizing & Color Disclaimer

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Final Sale

All items are considered final sale. Refunds are not offered.
